Holiday Mansion's manufacturing facility in Albany, KY is nestled between the houseboating hubs of Lake Cumberland and Dale Hollow Lake. The new 51,520 sq.ft. facility situated on 6.1 acres is designed to accommodate the manufacture of 150 boats per year. The facility includes total production floor space of 48,000 sq.ft. with 3,520 sq.ft. for offices and an on-site test tank.
